Předmětem bakalářské práce je hledání a identifikování souvislostí psychické odolnosti, pracovní spokojenosti a subjektivně vnímaného zdraví. This thesis deals with finding and identifying connections of psychical resilience, job satisfaction and subjectively perceived health. The theoretical part introduces starting points and theories of the studied areas.
