Tato diplomová práce se zabývá nutriční péčí v domovech pro seniory, a to zejména nutriční podporou formou sippingu. This diploma thesis deals with nutritional care in nursing homes, especially with nutritional support in the form of sipping. The theoretical part describes nursing homes a social service, then describes the basic characteristics of sipping and its use in seniors.
