Abstract:

Souhrn Název práce: Ergoterapie u dětí s diagnózou kvadruparetická forma DMO v období staršího školního věku. Cíl: Cílem mé bakalářské práce je přispět k řešení problematiky kvadruparetické formy DMO ve starším školním věku. Metodika: Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První je teoretická část, která popisuje obecnou charakteristiku onemocnění (definice dětské mozkové obrny, etiologie, výskyt, formy onemocnění, přidružené vady, diagnostika a léčba) a ergoterapii. Druhá je praktická část. Ta se skládá z kazuistiky dívky s DMO, vstupního a výstupního vyšetření, krátkodobého rehabilitačního plánu, ergoterapie a výsledků. Za účelem získání informací o klientce jsem využila metodu rozhovoru s klientkou a s její matkou a lékařské anamnézy. Vyšetření byla prováděna metodou pozorování a testování. K vyšetření klientky jsem použila následující standardizované testy: FIM, BI, MMSE, vyšetření úchopů, Ashworthovu škálu, test iADL, svalový funkční test podle V. Jandy. Výsledky: Došlo ke zlepšení svalové síly LHK (tab. č. 6). Mírný posun je v supinaci LHK a v úchopových funkcích. Klientka stále více používá LHK při činnostech. Výrazně se zlepšilo oblékání horní a dolní poloviny těla (tab. č. 4), zouvání bot a zlepšila se její manipulace s brýlemi (tab. č. 5). Závěr: Psaním této bakalářské práce jsem si rozšířila znalosti o DMO, o ergoterapeutické intervenci u dětí s touto diagnózou a velkým přínosem pro mě byla také práce s rodinou dívky.

Abstract:

Summary Title of the thesis: Ergotherapy for Children Diagnosed with Quadruparetic Form of Cerebral Palsy of Pubescent Children. Aim: The aim of my bachelor thesis is to contribute to a solution of an issue of the quadruparetic form of CP of pubescent children. Methodology: The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and it describes general characteristics of the illness (a definition of infantile cerebral palsy, etiology, occurrence, forms of the illness, subsidiary deffects, diagnostics and treatment) and ergotherapy. The second part is practical. It comprises of a casuistics of a girl with CP, entrance and exit examination, a short-term plan of rehabilitation, ergotherapy and results. To obtain the information about a client, I used a method of interview with the child, her mother as well as medical anamnesis. The examinations were implemented by a method of observation and testing. For the client´s examination, I used the following standardised tests: FIM, BI, MMSE, grip examination, Ashworth´s Scale, IADL Test, muscle test according to V. Janda. Results: There was an improvement of LUL (Left Upper Limb) muscle strength (Tab.no.6). A mild shift is in a LUL supination and in grip functions. The client uses her LUL more during her activities. There is a distinct improvement in getting dressed the upper and lower part of body (Tab.no.4), putting the shoes off and her manipulation with her glasses improved as well. (Tab.no.5) Conclusion: By writing this bachelor thesis I widened my knowledge of CP, of ergotherapeutic intervention for children with this diagnosis and working with the girl´s family was also a big asset for me.
