A communication position under stress of the clients from re-education and re-socialization institutions

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá komunikačními pozicemi klientů reedukačních a resocializačních zařízení. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a výzkumnou. Teoretická část je věnována komunikaci obecně, zabývá se také postavením vlastního ?já? v komunikaci a možnými příčinami problémů, které se v mezilidské komunikaci vyskytují, a to s ohledem na problematiku klientely reedukačních a resocializačních zařízení. Dále jsou popsány komunikační pozice v pojetí různých autorů. Jsou vymezeny pojmy stres, reedukační a resocializační zařízení. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na klienty reedukačních a resocializačních zařízení - na jejich osobnostní charakteristiku. Cílem výzkumné části je zjistit, v jakých komunikačních pozicích, popsaných Virginií Satirovou, se klienti reedukačních a resocializačních zařízení nacházejí. Ve výzkumném šetření byla užita metoda pozorování a data získaná pomocí záznamového archu byla zpracována kvantitativně.

Abstract:

This thesis examines re-education and re-socialization institutions client?s communication positions. This thesis is divided between theoretical and research part. Theoretical part is focused on communication in general, it also deals with the position of ?self? in communication and possible reasons of problems which apper in interpersonal communication, given the issue of re-education and re-scoialization institutions clients. There are also described communication postitions in view of different authors. There are determined notions such as stress, resocialization and reeducations institutions. Last chapter is focused on clients of reeducation and resocialization institutions - on their personal characteristics. The goal of the research part of this thesis is to find out, in which communication positions, desrcibed by Virginia Satir, clients of such institutuions are. During the research was used an observation technique and data obtained by note sheet was processed quantitatively.
