Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou spolupráce subjektů v hodnotové síti se zaměřením na přínosy této spolupráce. Teoretická část práce definuje pojmy hodnotový řetězec a hodnotová síť. Dále je pozornost věnována formám spolupráce mezi subjekty hodnotové sítě. V další části jsou ve vybraných oblastech podnikové činnosti vymezeny možné způsoby spolupráce a jejich přínosy. V praktické části je proveden kvalitativní výzkum ve vybraném podniku, zaměřený na přínosy spolupráce s partnery v hodnotové síti.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the issue of cooperation among subjects in the value network and places a focus on the benefits of such cooperation. The theoretical part contains definitions of terms such as value chain and value network. Attention is also paid to the various forms of cooperation among subjects in the value network. The next part specifies possible ways of cooperation in selected areas of business activities, and what their benefits are. The practical part analyzes and describes a qualitative study carried out in a selected company, the focus of which was on the benefits of cooperation with partners in the value network.
