Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá systém odměňování zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. V teoretické části jsem čerpala z odborné literatury základní pojmy a teorii spjatou s daným tématem. Praktická část se zabývá charakteristikou vybrané společnosti a jejího současného systému odměňování a motivací zaměstnanců.
