Abstract:
This bachelor this focuses on extremely rare Merkel cell carcinoma. The theoretical part of this thesis starts with a look into the anatomy of the skin and the pathology of skin cancer. Then focus shifts to Merkel cell carcinoma. Its baseline characteristics, incidence in which it occurs, and risk factors that make MCC more likely to occur. Bakalárska práca sa zameriava na veľmi vzácny Merkelov karcinóm kože. V teoretickej časti je popísaná anatómia kože a patologické nádorové ochorenie spojené s kože. Práca sa pojednáva o Merkelovom karcinóme kože samotnom, jeho základné charakteristiky, incidenciu jeho výskytu a rizikové faktory ktoré spôsobujú jeho vzniknutie.
