Abstract:
Diplomová práce řeší problematiku skladového hospodářství. Cílem je vyhodnotit současný stav skladového hospodářství s ohledem na expedici směrem k zákazníkům v daném e-shopu s nábytkem, nalézt slabiny a navrhnout opatření k zajištění optimalizace skladového hospodářství spolu s dosažením nižších nákladů. Abstract:
The thesis addresses the issue of warehouse economy. The aim is to assess the current state of the warehouse economy with regard to the dispatch to customers in a given furniture e-shop, to find weaknesses and to propose measures to ensure optimisation of the warehouse economy together with the achievement of lower costs.
