Abstract:

Moje práce se zaměřuje na oblast mezinárodního podnikání, strategií a překážek k podnikání. Teoretická část pojednává o obchod mezi Ruskem a Českou republikou zejména v kovovém a strojírenském průmyslu, kde se může vyskytnout mnoho problémů s vývozem a dovozem, s výrobou; překážky, jako jsou sankce a finanční krize můžou mít také dopad na podnikání. Hlavním cílem mé diplomové práce je hluboká analýza exportních aktivit v odvětví kovového průmyslu společnosti MPOWER Engineering, a.s. z České republiky do Ruské federace, která by měla odhalit hlavní konkrétní bariéry a možná rizika, jako jsou třeba přísné právní předpisy v zemích, zeslabení ruské měny a prodejů, sankce, celkové snižování obchodní spolupráce mezi Českou republikou a Ruskem. Po bližší obchodní analýze vytvořím proveditelný návrh na zlepšení (strategii návrhu) v této oblasti. Metodologicky předpokládám, že budu používat analýzu dat skutečného vývozu v určité časové ose, stejně jako analýzu aktuálních obchodních překážek (například sankce a další) a životního prostředí. Pravděpodobně budu také potřebovat analýzu blízkého a vnitřního prostředí.

Abstract:

My thesis will focus on the area of international business, strategies and its barriers. The theoretical part deals with business between Russia and the Czech Republic especially in the Metal and Engineering sectors, where can occure many problems with export and manufacturing; obstacles such as sanctions and financial crisis can also have impact on the business. The main objective of my thesis will be based on the profound analysis of export activities in the Metal industry of the company MPOWER Engineering, a.s. from the Czech Republic to the Russian federation, which should reveal the main concrete barriers and possible threats like strict law regulations of activities in countries, decreasing of Russian currency and sales, sanctions, the overall decreasing of trade between the Czech Republic and Russia. After further business analysis I will create a feasible proposal for improvement (strategy proposal) in this particular area. Methodologically I suppose to use the real export data analysis in a certain time-axis, as well as the analysis of the topical business barriers (such as sanctions and others) and the environment. I might also need the analysis of the close environment and the inner environment.
