Czechs from the perspective of the Croatians: Ethnography of Stereotypes in context of the Anthropology of Tourism

Abstract:

Práce vychází z vlastního kvalitativního výzkumu v chorvatských letoviscích. Zabývá se stereotypy, které jsou v očích Chorvatů nejvíce zakořeněny o českých turistech. Tuto obecně platnou představu poté porovnává přímo se subjektivní zkušeností respondentů. Práce je založena na studiu odborné literatury a terénní praxi.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis, based on the author's qualitative field research in Croatian resorts. Thesis deals with the stereotypes that are the most enlarged in the eyes of the Croats about Czech tourists. This generally valid concept I compared with the subjective experience of the respondents. This work is based on the study of professional literature and field practice.
