Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá analyzováním prostojů v konkrétním průmyslovém podniku. V teoretické části práce jsou shrnuty poznatky o prostojích a metodika časové studie, na kterou navazuje měření prostojů především pomocí ukazatele OEE. Také jsou zde uvedeny principy štíhlého podniku. V praktické části je provedeno měření spotřeby času na pracovištích a jejich následné analyzování. V závěru práce jsou …more

This thesis is focused on downtime analyzing in particular industrial company. In theoretical part, there are summarized findings about downtime, the methodology of time study and measurement of downtime (primarily through OEE).
