Intercultural Adaptation and the Organisations in Brno Providing Support
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem kulturního šoku, zejména pak faktory, které ovlivňují proces akulturace do zahraničního prostředí. Cílem práce je prozkoumat zkušenosti cizinců, kteří se relokovali do Brna, a vymezit podporu, které se jim dostává od městských, krajských i nevládních subjektů působících v Brně.
Abstract:
This thesis is concerned with the topic of culture shock, focusing on the factors influencing the acculturation process of moving to a different country. Its aim is to explore the experience of sojourners relocating to Brno, and to scope the organized support that is provided to them by both the municipality and the non-governmental entities residing in Brno.
