Abstract:

Veronika Burianová Vedoucí práce: PhDr. Mirka Nečasová, PhD. Počet slov: 21 392 Cílem diplomové práce bylo odpovědět na otázku: Jaký postoj zaujímají rodiče/opatrovníci a pracovníci vybrané organizace k sexualitě lidí s mentálním postižením? Základem teoretické části bylo vymezení pojmů jako je zařízení sociální péče, základní lidská práva a dokumenty vztahující se k nim, právo a sexualita, definice sexuality, formy vztahů. Dalším pojmem je postoj, postoj rodičů a pracovníků, předsudky vůči sexualitě. Co je to sexuální výchova a osvěta. Výzkumnou strategií byl zvolen kvalitativní výzkum, technikou sběru dat byl polostandardizovaný rozhovor. Rozhovory byly pořízeny přímo v zařízení poskytující sociální službu. Do výzkumu byli zařazeni pracovníci zařízení a rodiče uživatelů. Výzkumné šetření přineslo obrázek o názorech a postojích k sexualitě lidí s mentálním postižením. O postoji k důležitosti z pohledů těchto dvou skupin pro uživatele a o názorech na podmínky pro řešení ve vybraném zařízení. V doporučení jsem uvedla několik příkladů pro možnosti využití těchto poznatků, a dalšího postupu při řešení této oblasti.

Abstract:

The sexual life of people with learning disabilities The aim of this dissertation was to determine How parents/guardians and professional carers perceive the sexual lives of people with learning disabilities. The basis of the theoretical component was to correctly define a number of relevant terms, such as: social care organisations, basic human rights and legal documentation, the legal aspects of sexual life, the definition of sexuality, and the types of relationships. Other concepts which needed to be considered were the different viewpoints of: parents, and support workers, as well as prejudices regarding sexual life. Also, the meaning {definition} of sexual education, and additional education. By the research strategy was chosen high-quality research, by the technique of collecting data was semi-standardised conversation. The interviews were conducted directly in the social care organisation. Both parents and the support workers of service users were included in the research. The research illustrated the opinions and viewpoints regarding the sexual life of people with learning disabilities, the importance of the views of these two groups (parents, support workers) to the service users, and about their opinions on conditions for resolving conflicts in the care organisations. In the recommendation section, I have included a couple of examples of possible uses for this knowledge, as well as potential resolutions in this field.
