Banking Guarantees and their Usage in Practice
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je přiblížit problematiku bankovních záruk a jejich praktické využití. Představit záruku, jako platební instrument v obchodních vztazích, mezi odběrateli a dodavateli a hlavně uvést příklady z praxe a použití bankovní záruky v různých směrech. Porovnat bankovní záruku a dokumentární akreditiv a jejich výhody a nevýhody.

Annotation: The goal of this bachelor work is to approach the problematic of the bank guarantees and their praktical use. The goal is to introduce bank guarantees as the payment instrument in business relationships between consumer and supplier and mainly to introduce examples from practices and usage of bank guarantees in different direction.
