Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá především laboratorní diagnostikou parazita Toxoplasma gondii. Teoretická část obsahuje informace o možnostech nákazy, epidemiologickém výskytu a také je zde stručně popsána prevence a možnosti léčby. Velkou kapitolou jsou pak samotné možnosti stanovení, které se dělí na: přímé metody, imunodiagnostiku a molekulární diagnostiku. V praktické části je podrobně popsána …more
Abstract:
This thesis primarily describes the labratory diagnosis of the Toxoplasma gondii parasite. The theoretical part contains information about the possibilities of infection, epidemiologic occurrence, but also prevention and treatment options.
