Abstract:
Diplomová práce popisuje základní principy a trendy v oblastech náhrady škody a nemajetkové újmy, se zaměřením na případy náhrady škody na zdraví a náhrady nemateriální újmy ve sporech na ochranu osobnosti. Práce si všímá rozdílů ve výši přiznaných náhrad a odkazuje na relevantní judikaturu z oblasti náhrady nemajetkové újmy a ochrany osobnosti.
Abstract:
Thesis describes the basic principles and trends in the areas of compensation and non-pecuniary damage, focusing on cases of health damages and compensation for immaterial damage in the disputes to protection of personality.
