Analysis of the application of CSR in the selected company

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu aktivit společenské odpovědnosti a jejich vliv na spokojenost zaměstnanců. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. První část se zabývá teoretickým vymezením pojmu společenská odpovědnost, pilíře CSR, historie CSR a také pojmy, které s konceptem souvisí. Ve druhé části jsou sepsány konkrétní aktivity vybrané společnosti. V závěru práce je proveden průzkum o povědomí CSR a aktivitách společnosti a jejich vliv na pracovní spokojenost zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of social responsibility activities and their effect on employee satisfaction. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part deals with the theoretical definition of the concept of social responsibility, the pillars of CSR, the history of CSR, as well as terms related to the concept. In the second part, specific activities of the selected company are written down. At the end of the work, a survey is conducted on CSR awareness and company activities and their impact on employee job satisfaction.
