Trestná činnost osob ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody

Criminal activity of the persons serving a prison sentence
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se komplexně zabývá trestnou činností, páchanou osobami během jejich výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Zjišťuje, co je z pohledu odsouzených hlavní příčinou jejího vzniku, v jaké formě se s ní odsouzení nejčastěji setkávají a z jakého důvodu má často latentní charakter. Na základě analýzy zjištěných dat jsou formulována opatření pro snížení kriminality ve věznicích.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis comprehensively examines criminal activity committed by individuals during their imprisonment. It investigates what convicted persons perceive as the main cause of such behavior, in what form they most frequently encounter it, and why it often remains latent. Based on the analysis of the collected data, measures are proposed to reduce crime in prisons.
