Proposal of Key Entities to Standardize Information Support to Sheltering

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je věnována problematice improvizovaného ukrytí obyvatelstva. Teoretická část práce se věnuje oblasti ukrytí obyvatelstva, kde je řešena legislativa ukrytí a aktuální stav ukrytí. Dále pak je věnována oblasti panelové výstavby v České Republice. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na město Uherské Hradiště, dále pak na navržení klíčových entit v oblasti improvizovaných úkrytů a realizací zkušebního modelu, vycházejícího z navržených entit.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse the issue of improvised hiding of the population. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the hiding of the population, where the legislation of hiding and the current state of this subject are dealt with. Another goal of the thesis is to analyse the field of precast concrete construction in the Czech Republic. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the town of Uherské Hradiště, furthermore on the design of key entities in the field of improvised shelters and the implementation of a test model based on proposed entities.
