V této bakalářské práci je formou popisné případové studie popsán vznik a průběh bleskových povodní na Novojičínsku v roce 2009 a součinnost složek IZS při záchranných a likvidačních pracích. První část je věnována základním složkám IZS a jejich územní působnosti. The bachelor thesis is devoted to the flash flood in the region of Nový Jičín in 2009 with regards to the emergence and course of the flood and the collaboration of the Integrated Rescue System organs.
