Investing in different types of real estate
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je rozhodnutí o zkoumaných typech nemovitostí sloužících pro rodinné účely na základě zvolených kritérií a dostupných údajů včetně formulování doporučení, který typ nemovitosti zvolit na základě získaných informací a modelových příkladů. Byla provedena komparace zvolených typů domů včetně investování a jeho vyhodnocení.
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to decide on the examined types of real estates intended for family purposes based on selected criteria and available information. Formulation of recommendation on which type of real estate to choose is included. Comparison of house types has been made. The conclusion focuses on model examples of investment and its evaluation.
