Charitable Activity in Practice

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je charitativní činnost v praxi. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je věnována historicko-právnímu vstupu do řešené problematiky a přiblížení charitativní organizace působících ve vybraných státech a v České republice. Praktická část je zaměřena na průběh a realizaci charitativních sbírek ve spolupráci s Diakonií Českobratrské církve evangelické. Objasňuje průběh a realizaci vybraných sbírek a také metodiku realizace těchto sbírek. Dále jsou v této části práce zmíněny i příklady vybraných a již realizovaných sbírek. Mimo jiné je v této kapitole i přiblížena historie a struktura Diakonie Českobratrské církve evangelické. Výsledkem práce je metodika shromáždění finančního obnosu a věcných prostředků určených pro činnost charitativních organizací. Mezi metody použité v práci patří kvalitativní výzkum v rámci teoretické i praktické části. Dále jsou použity obsahová analýza dokumentů a metoda explanace a komparace průběhů jednotlivých sbírek.

Abstract:

The theme of the bachelor's thesis is charity work in practice. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused to historicaly legal introduction to the discussed topic and the introduction of charities working in chosen states and in the Czech Republic. The practical part is focused on the implementation and process of charity collections in cooperation with Diaconia of Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren. It clarifies the progress and implementation of chosen collections as well as the methodology for the implementation of these collections. In this part of the thesis are also mentioned examples of the chosen, already realized collections. Among other things, the history and structure of the Diaconia of the Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren is introduced in this chapter. The conclusion of this work is methodology for gathering financial and material funds for the activities of the charities. The methods used in this work include qualitative research in both theoretical and practical parts. Furthermore, the content analysis of the documents and the method of explanation and comparison of the progress of individual collections are used.
