Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá oceňovaním ochrannej známky na území Slovenskej republiky. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na históriu, teoretické vymedzenie pojmov, funkcii, druhov, práv a povinnosti majiteľa ochrannej známky.
