Pedagogičtí pracovníci se od jiných zaměstnanců odlišují mimo jiné tím, že vykonávají činnost, která je z různých důvodů specifická. Tento fakt je dán samotnou povahou této činnosti, ale také neoddělitelným spojením s jejich působením na žáky jakožto objekty vzdělávacího procesu. Pedagogical workers differ from other workers in the fact that they carry out an activity that is specific for various reasons. This fact is given by the very nature of this activity and by the inseparable connection with the pupils as the main object of the educational process.
