Motivation of employees with the use of economic method in ČEZ ZS company.
Abstract:
Během práce na bakalářském projektu jsem se věnovala tématu motivace zaměstnanců obecně. Obsahem diplomové práce by měl být podrobnější pohled na vyhodnocování výsledků hospodaření společnosti pomocí ekonomických ukazatelů a v návaznosti na tyto ukazatele motivace zaměstnanců. Abstract:
The Aim of my Dissertation is deep analysis of the Company economic figures evaluation that connects to my Bachelor work. I would like to review a dependence of this analysis on employees motivation. I have chosen the Balance Scorecard methodology, which is already used in the Company. I am also using the professional literature and the Internal Documents of the Company which are top confidential.
