Role and position of statement of finances and statement of balances in the accounting records system

Abstract:

Cílem předložené bakalářské práce je komplexní pohled na účetní uzávěrku a účetní závěrku účetní jednotky. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy a předpisy, jsou zde popsány jednotlivé účetní výkazy (rozvaha, výkaz zisků a ztrát, příloha, cash flow), jejich náležitosti a způsob sestavení. Práce rovněž seznamuje s normativní úpravou účetní závěrky a uvádí výpis zákonných norem a ustanovení týkajících se daného tématu. V další části jsou již podrobněji popsány konkrétní specifické problémy při sestavování účetní uzávěrky a účetní závěrky ve vybrané společnosti s ručením omezeným. V praktické části jsou popsány jednotlivé činnosti účetní uzávěrky od přípravných prací, inventarizace, uzavření účetnictví až po vyhotovení účetní závěrky, jejího ověření, schválení, zveřejnění a archivace s použitím konkrétních údajů za rok 2010 vybrané účetní jednotky.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to present a comprehensive look at the accounts and financial statements of the entity. In the theoretical part the terms and regulations are defined. Included in this is a description of the individual financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss, attachment, cash flow), their elements and method of assembly. The thesis also introduces the normative regulation of financial statements and provides a statement of the statutory provisions and standards relating to the subject. The next part contains a detailed description of any specific problems with preparing the financial statements and accounts in the selected limited liability companies. In the practical part, the activities of each account is shown; including the preparatory work, inventory, accounting closing up to making out, financial statements, its verification, approval, publication and archive with the use of specific data for the 2010 selected entity.
