Práce se zabývá důvody odchodu učitelů ze školství. Text je strukturován do dvou částí, z čehož první část je teoretická a druhá empirická. The thesis elaborates the reasons why teachers leave the education system. The text is structured into two parts, one of which is theoretical and the second empirical. The theoretical part is focused on a definition of the teaching profession, its characteristics and professional competence.
