Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o stravování dětí ve vybraných základních školách v Jihomoravském kraji. První část se zabývá dosavadními znalostmi z výživy a školního stravování. Druhá část rozebírá jídelníčky deseti konkrétních základních škol.
Abstract:
The thesis discusses children nutrition at selected elementary schools at South Moravian region. The first part is dealing with current knowledge about nutrition and school catering. The second part discusses menus of ten particular elementary schools.
