Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá opravnými mechanismy DNA u rostliny Arabidopsis thaliana. Teoretická část práce shrnuje poznatky o jednotlivých typech reparačních drah včetně jejich mechanismů, zapojených proteinů a signalizačních kináz. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on DNA repair mechanisms in model plants Arabidopsis thaliana. The theoretical part summarizes information about the various types of DNA repair pathways, including their mechanisms, involved proteins as well as signaling kinases.
