Abstract:
Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je představení uceleného postupu vzniku, přeměn a zrušení akciové společnosti až po její výmaz z obchodního rejstříku. Práce slouží jako rádce s přehledem základních zákonů upravujících procesy vzniku, přeměn a zániku společnosti.
Abstract:
The main aim of this thesis is to present a comprehensive process of creation, transformation and disestablishment of a joint-stock company to its deletion from the Commercial Register. The thesis is intended to serve as a guideline giving an overview of the basic laws governing the processes of formation, transformation and disestablishment of a company.
