Bakalářská práce se zabývá traumatickým poraněním pánve, které bezprostředně ohrožuje pacienta na životě. Cílem této bakalářské práce je poukázat na to, jak se poranění pánve může velice rychle změnit na život ohrožující stav. Main topic of this thesis is about traumatic pelvis injury and how it can easily escalate to the life threatening state. In the theoretical part of this thesis anatomical description of the pelvis, causes of trauma and classification of pelvis fructure, shock states, crush syndrom and securing of patient before and after hospitalisation is described.
