Abstract:
Diplomová práce se bude zabývat seniory jako oběťmi trestných činů, a to se zaměřením na problematiku páchané trestné činnosti na seniorech. Budou uvedeny základní právní předpisy, které danou problematiku upravují, popsána činnost orgánů činných v trestním řízení. The diploma thesis will deal with seniors citizens as victims of crime, focusing on the issue of crime committed by seniors citizens. The basic legal regulations governing the issue will be listed, and the activities of law enforcement agencies will be described.
