Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je analýza high position tack efektu (manipulační pevnosti) dvou jednosložkových lepidel na bázi PUR, který umožňuje dosažení okamžité fixace substrátů. Okamžitá pevnost lepených spojů byla zjišťována s využitím analýz při zatížení smykem a kombinovaným zatížením tahem a odlupováním. Jako adherendy byla využita zkušební tělesa z PP+T a PP+LGF. Součástí práce je i analýza povrchové napětí zkušebních těles a porovnání pevnostních charakteristik obou jednosložkových lepidel s doposud používaným dvousložkovým systémem. Experimentálnímu měření předchází teoretická část zabývající se vlastnostmi plněných plastů, druhů lepidel a procesu lepení plastů.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to analyse the high position tack effect of two single-component adhesives based on PU which allows immediate fixation of the substrates. Immediate strength of bonded joints was determined by using shear load and combined load of tension and peel. As adherendes, test specimens of PP + T and PP + LGF were used for the experiment. The thesis also includes analysis of the surface tension of test specimens and comparison of strength characteristics of single-component adhesives with two-component system, which has been used for the application so far. Experimental measurement preceded the theoretical part which dealt with properties of filled plastics, types of adhesives and the process of bonding plastics.
