Bakalářská práce pojednává o prestižní vinařské oblasti Piemonte, která se rozprostírá na severozápadě Itálie. Prezentuje historii regionu, jeho klimatické a půdní podmínky. Dále se zaměřuje na základní lokální odrůdy révy vinné a na jednotlivé podoblasti, kde se pěstují. The Bachelor thesis deals with the prestigious wine region of Piedmont, which is located in the northwest of Italy. Presents the history of the region, it’s climatic conditions and soil types. Focuses on the basic local grape varieties and the sub-areas where they are grown.
