Finance of the business firm by leasing

Abstract:

The aim of my Diploma work is to clarified the issue of providing leasing, mainly from the perspective of the right leasing company and also to highlight the current situation, leasing companies after the economic crisis The first - the theoretical part, I focused on the definition of own and foreign sources of financing. In parallel with the basic explanation of the financing comes with a definition of leasing and its species. In the first section I am smoothly mooving to the issue of leasing and loan and also to the documents necessary to the conclusion of the case. The second part is an analysis of the possibilities of granting funds to a company. Carrier and thus a major part of analysis is the approval process, credit rating firm, and the subject of leasing. In addition to these major events, I am focused and show ways of repayment and termination of leases and lease accounting itself. The third part shows the impact of economic crisis not only for businesses that are not their freezes them into situations where they are unable to perform its obligations properly and timely, but also leasing companies themselves. The main objective of my thesis is to clarify the view of a leasing company in approving any case, its implementation and consequently the service providing such financing.

Abstract:

Zámerom mojej diplomovej práce je ozrejmiť problematiku poskytovania leasingu a to hlavne z pohľadu práve leasingovej spoločnosti a zároveň poukázať na súčasnú situáciu leasingových spoločností po nástupe hospodárskej krízy V prvej – teoretickej časti som sa zamerala na definíciu vlastných a cudzích zdrojov financovania podniku. Súbežne so základným vysvetlením financovania sa dostávam s definícii leasingu a jeho druhov. V rámci prvej časti plynule prechádzam k problematike leasingu a úveru a taktiež k dokumentom potrebným k uzavretiu prípadu. Druhá časť je analýza možností poskytnutia prostriedkov podniku. Nosnou časťou a teda hlavnou je analýza schvaľovacieho procesu, bonity firmy a predmetu leasingu. Okrem týchto dôležitých akcií, som sa zamerala aj ukázanie spôsobov splácania a ukončenia leasingu a samotného účtovania leasingu. V tretej časti poukazujem na dopad hospodárskej krízy nielen na podnikateľské subjekty, ktoré sa nie svojim pričinením dostávajú do situácií, kedy nie sú schopné plniť si svoje záväzky riadne a včas, ale aj samotné leasingové spoločnosti. Hlavným cieľom mojej diplomovej práce je ozrejmiť pohľad leasingovej spoločnosti pri schvaľovaní akéhokoľvek prípadu, jeho realizácie a následne aj servis s poskytnutím takéhoto financovania.
