Novostavba objektu s nízkou spotřebou energie a využitím zeleně

Abstract:

Všechny realizované novostavby musí v současnosti splňovat vyhlášku číslo 264/2020 Sb. o energetické náročnosti budov. Ta je již v platnosti od roku 2020, avšak stále dochází ke zpřísnění požadavků včetně těch, které platí od 1. ledna 2022. Pro tuto diplomovou práci zaměřenou na novostavbu obchodního centra s nízkou spotřebou energie a využitím zeleně je hodnocení těchto požadavků klíčové pro další posouzení. Celý projekt zároveň využívá prvků zeleně na ploché střeše a fasádě, které kromě estetičnosti zároveň napomáhají vnitřnímu klimatu objektu. V teoretické části je kromě dělení a historie popsáno proč je právě v současnosti doporučené využívat integrace zeleně při výstavbě nových objektů. Výsledkem práce je projektová dokumentace vybraných částí ve stupni pro provádění stavby s hodnocením tepelně-technických parametrů konstrukcí na systémové hranici budovy a posouzením energetické náročnosti budovy navrženého objektu obchodního centra včetně analýz výsledků a návrhů opatření k dalšímu zlepšení.

Abstract:

All new building that are constructed must currently comply with the Decree No. 264/2020 Coll. on Energy Performance of Buildings. It is already in force since 2020, but there is still a tightening of requirements, including those that apply from 1 January 2022. For this diploma thesis focused on new construction of a shopping centre with low energy consumption and use of greenery, the evaluation of these requirements is crucial for further assessment. The whole project also uses elements of greenery on the flat roof and facade, which, in addition to aesthetics, also help the internal climate of the building. In the theoretical part, in addition to division and history, it is described why it is currently recommended to use the integration of greenery in the construction of new buildings. The result of the work is project documentation of selected parts in the stage for construction implementation with evaluation of thermal-technical parameters of structures on the system boundary of the building. Furthermore the work contains assessment of the energy performance of the proposed shopping centre building including results and proposals analysis of measures for further improvement.
