Interdisciplinary cooperation - Cochem practise - in matters concerning the care of minors

Abstract:

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je Interdisciplinární spolupráce - Cochemské praxe - ve věcech péče soudu o nezletilé se zaměřením na rodinné právo soukromé. Cílem teoretické části je popsat, jaké možnosti nabízí interdisciplinární spolupráce při řešení rodičovského konfliktu spojeného s rozpadem soužití. Práce je pojata jako teoreticko - aplikační. Teoretická část se věnuje interpretaci rodičovského konfliktu, postavení dítěte v tomto konfliktu, principům interdisciplinární spolupráce a subjektům, které jsou do spolupráce zapojeny, pozornost je zaměřena na roli orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí jako kolizního opatrovníka v řízeních týkajících se úpravy poměrů nezletilých dětí po rozpadu soužití rodičů. Nabyté znalosti poté aplikuji do pilotní metodické příručky určené orgánům sociálně-právní ochrany dětí v roli kolizního opatrovníka.

Abstract:

The topic of my Bachelor´s thesis is ´Interdisciplinary Cooperation Based on the Cochem Practice in Matters of Court Care for Minors´. The work, therefore, focuses on private family law and is conceived as a theory-based application study. The aim of the theoretical part is to describe what possibilities interdisciplinary cooperation offers in solving the parental conflict associated with the parental relationship breakdown. It deals with the interpretation of parental conflict, the position of the child in this conflict, the principles of interdisciplinary cooperation and the entities that are involved in the cooperation. Attention is also focused on the role of the body of social and legal protection of children as the conflict guardian in proceedings regulating the situation of minors after the parental relationship breakdown. The acquired knowledge is then applied practically in the pilot methodological manual, which is meant for bodies of social and legal protection of children in the role of conflict guardian.
