The main goal of this thesis is to create an application framework for Android platform. Framework is used for communication with sensors and peripheral devices. Due to this implementation it is possible to use integrated, cheap mobile devices for peripheral communication and replace expensive, impractical solutions which are used these days. Hlavným cieľom tejto práce je vytvoriť aplikačný framework pre platformu Android, ktorý slúži na komunikáciu s periférnymi zariadeniami a senzormi. Vďaka nemu je možné využiť zabudované, lacné, mobilné zariadenie na komunikáciu s perifériami a takto nahradiť drahé, nepraktické riešenia, ktoré sa v dnešnej dobe používajú.
