Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá sociální prací ve výchovných ústavech pro mládež. Cílem práce je identifikovat, jak sociální pracovnice působící v těchto zařízeních vnímají svou práci se zaměřením na vnímání profesní role, hodnocení účinnosti intervencí a vnímání překážek v práci. Vzhledem k omezenému zastoupení tohoto tématu v odborné literatuře přináší práce hlubší vhled do specifik sociální práce v tomto kontextu. Práce je založena na kvalitativním výzkumu. Data byla získána prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se sociálními pracovnicemi výchovných ústavů a analyzována metodou tematické analýzy dat. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují, že sociální pracovnice svou roli vnímají jako klíčovou v oblasti sociální a administrativní podpory klientely, nicméně čelí řadě překážek. Práce přispívá k hlubšímu porozumění sociální práci v této oblasti a může sloužit jako podklad pro další oborovou diskuzi o postavení a možnostech sociálních pracovnic v těchto zařízeních.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with social work in an educational institution for youth. The thesis aims to identify how social workers in these institutions perceive their work with a focus on the perception of the professional role, the evaluation of intervention effectiveness, and the perception of obstacles in work. Due to the limited representation of this topic in academic literature, the thesis provides a deeper insight into the specifics of social work in this context. The thesis is based on qualitative research. Data were obtained through semi-structured interviews with social workers of educational institutions and analyzed using thematic analysis. The research results indicate that social workers perceive their role as crucial in social and administrative support for clients, but they face several obstacles. The thesis contributes to a deeper understanding of social work in this area and can serve as a basis for further professional discussion on the position and possibilities of social workers in these institutions.
