Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce je sociální zabezpečení cizinců z pohledu českého práva. Práce je zaměřená ve velké míře na cizince z třetích zemí, jen okrajově na cizince z členských států Evropské unie. Práce je rozdělená na 5 kapitol. V první kapitole jsou popsány systémy sociálního zabezpečení v České republice. The topic of this bachelor thesis is social security of foreigners from the prospective of Czech law. The thesis is largely aimed at foreigners from third countries and to a smaller extent focuses on foreigners from EU. The thesis is divided into 5 chapters.
