Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá změnou jména a příjmení nezletilého dítěte. Cílem je analyzovat právní úpravu jednotlivých změn a zaměřit se na možné výkladové problémy a kolize. Práce zkoumá i řízení o těchto změnách s důrazem na participaci dítěte. Zohledňuje především sou-časnou právní úpravu problematiky, ale i její historii a budoucí směřování. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the change of the name and surname of a minor child. The aim is to analyze legislation of individual changes and focus to possible interpretation problems and collision. The thesis examines proceedings of these changes with emphasis on the child´s participa-tion.
