Abstract:

Tato práce je zaměřena na centrální depozitář, instituci vedoucí evidenci zaknihovaných cenných papírů a vypořádání obchodů především s investičními nástroji. Centrální depozitář cenných papírů začal v České republice fungovat v relativně nedávné době. Správu evidence zaknihovaných cenných papírů převzal od Střediska cenných papírů, nicméně ji přetransformoval do podoby, která již více koresponduje s požadavky diktovanými účastníky kapitálového trhu. Systém vypořádání obchodů je rovněž činnost, která byla původně svěřena Burze cenných papírů, respektive její dceřiné společnosti UNIVYC a.s. Systém vypořádání obchodů doznal rovněž větších změn, kdy došlo k jeho sjednocení v rovině majetkové i finanční.

Abstract:

This work is focused on the central depository, the institution leaders the record of dematerialized securities and system of the settlement of trades with investment instruments. The company Centrální depozitář cenných papírů, a.s. began to operate in the Czech Republic in relative recent times. The record of the dematerialized securities took over the Czech Securities Centre by the Central depository, which transformed the record in the current form. This form is more corresponding with the requirements of the participants of the capital market. The system of the settlement of trades is the activity, which was leaded by the Stock Exchange, or rather its subsidiaries UNIVYC a.s. The system of the settlement of trades also underwent major changes, which were unified in its property and financial terms.
