Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou výběrových řízení na pozici ředitele/ky příspěvkových organizací (divadel), které jsou zřizovány hlavním městem Prahou. Věnuje se osvětlení problematiky výběrových řízení, jejich legislativě a pravidlům, která se jimi zabývají. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of official selective procedures while choosing managing director of theatres established by municipality of Prague. It explains the issue of tenders, their legislation and the rules that deal with them.
