Family Business in the Area of Services

Abstract:

This bachelor´s dissertation deals with family business in the area of services. The aim of the bachelor´s dissertation is to analyze a particular selected business and its economic activity. The subject of the bachelor´s dissertation in the theoretical part is the analysis of the business environment during the transformation of the economy of the Slovak Republic and the analysis of family business. In the analytical part, it deals with selected family business. It explores its history, its origins, its functioning, its family and labor relations, and its economic activity.

Abstract:

Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá rodinným podnikaním v oblasti služieb. Cieľom práce je analýza konkrétneho vybraného podniku a jeho hospodárskej činnosti. Predmetom práce v teoretickej časti je analýza podnikateľského prostredia v priebehu transformácie ekonomiky Slovenskej republiky a analýza rodinného podnikania. V analytickej časti sa zaoberá prípadovou štúdiou konkrétneho rodinného podniku. Skúma jeho históriu, vznik, fungovanie, rodinné a pracovné vzťahy a hospodársku činnosť.
