Legal aspects of automatic defense devices in terms of self-defense
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku právních úprav pro využití technického prostředku v sebeobraně. V práci jsou vymezeny jednotlivé pojmy ze zákonné definice nutné obrany. Dále pak je zde analyzováno použití technického prostředku v nutné obraně ve dvou případech s následným porovnáním a nalezením zásadních rozdílů. Dále pak je zde zjišťován názor veřejnosti na institut nutné obrany.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on problems of legal modifications for using technical mean in self-defence. The thesis comprises individual notions from legal definition of necessary defence. Next there are analyze using technical instrument in private defence in two cases with subsequent comparison and retrieval basic differences.
