Anotácia:

Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvoření optimálního pracovního týmu ve finančně - poradenské společnosti OVB Allfinanz, a.s. Teoretická část práce zahrnuje vývoj managementu, definici multi – level marketingu, charakteristiku týmu, motivace a habilitace pracovníků. Klíčovým úsekem práce je praktická část, ve které jsou poznatky z teoretického oddílu využity k charakteristice jednotlivých členů týmu, jejich týmových rolí a motivačního založení. Závěr obsahuje návrhy a doporučení na vylepšení skladby týmu a zefektivnění spolupráce.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is the creation of the optimal team in the financial - consulting company OVB Allfinanz. The theoretical part of the work involves the development of management, the definition of multi - level marketing, team characteristics, motivation and habilitation of workers. The key part of work is the practical section, in which the evidence is used to characterize the individual members of the team, their team roles and establishing incentive. The conclusion includes suggestions and recommendations for improving the team's structure and streamlining cooperation.
