Vývoj showroomu virtuální reality a jeho potenciální využití pro prodej automobilů

Abstract:

Tato práce zkoumá potenciální využití a dopad technologie VR/AR v automobilovém průmyslu se zvláštním důrazem na transformaci zkušeností prodejců a distribučních modelů. Primární výzkumné otázky se točí kolem analýzy nákladů a přínosů implementace showroomu VR/AR a přijatelnosti této technologie mezi zúčastněnými stranami. Metodologie zahrnuje přehled literatury, analýzu případové studie a rozhovory s klíčovými zúčastněnými stranami. Dokument poskytuje přehled technologie VR/AR, zdůrazňuje její odlišnosti, úvahy o vývoji a potenciální problémy. Kromě toho poskytuje hloubkové zkoumání využití VR/AR v různých průmyslových odvětvích, zejména v automobilovém průmyslu, a dotýká se trendů, budoucích možností a konceptu metaversa. Na příkladu společnosti Škoda Auto práce zkoumá současné distribuční strategie a možnosti integrace VR/AR. Popisuje navrhovaný model VR/AR pro automobilové showroomy, včetně jeho designu, funkcí, přínosů a perspektivních aplikací. V závěru výzkumu shrnuje klíčová zjištění, zdůrazňuje význam studie a doporučuje budoucí kroky pro implementaci VR/AR showroomů v automobilovém průmyslu. V závěru se snaží překlenout technologickou mezeru v automobilovém průmyslu, a tím podpořit lepší zapojení zákazníků a jejich cestu.

Abstract:

This thesis explores the potential applications and impact of VR/AR technology in the automotive industry, with a particular emphasis on the transformation of dealership experiences and distribution models. The primary research questions revolve around the cost-benefit analysis of implementing a VR/AR showroom and the acceptability of the technology among stakeholders. Methodologies include a literature review, an analysis of a case study, and interviews with key stakeholders. The document provides an overview of VR/AR technology, highlighting its distinctions, development considerations, and potential problems. In addition, it provides an in-depth examination of the application of VR/AR in a variety of industries, particularly the automotive industry, touching on trends, future possibilities, and the concept of the metaverse. Using the example of Škoda Auto, the thesis examines current distribution strategies and opportunities for VR/AR integration. Describes a proposed VR/AR model for automotive showrooms, including its design, functionalities, benefits, and prospective applications. The research concludes by summarizing key findings, emphasizing the significance of the study, and recommending future steps for implementing VR/AR showrooms within the automotive industry. In the end, it seeks to close the technological gap in the automotive industry, thereby fostering enhanced customer engagement and journey.
