Práce vysvětluje pojem počítačové kriminality a z trestně právního hlediska analyzuje jednu z hlavních skupin protiprávních jednání, která jednak směřují proti datům a dále využívají počítač jako prostředek k jejich páchání. Abstract:
Extended essay analysis term of Technical computer crime, as one of the new phenomena of criminal activities which is against dates and users computer to commission of crime. Extended essay is divided to separates capitols, where is subsequently analysis specific form the criminal activity including terminology, criminal, investigation, prevention and typology of bodies of computer crimes.
