Abstract:

Abstrakt Název: Rehabilitace u syndromu bolestivého ramene Cíl práce: Cílem práce je podat ucelený přehled problematiky u dg. syndrom bolestivého ramene a přispět výběrem optimálních fyzioterapeutických metod a postupů k jeho řešení z pohledu fyzioterapie. Metodika: Hlavní část obsahuje zpracovanou kazuistiku ženy (53 let) s dg. syndrom bolestivého ramene, u které byl stanoven krátkodobý fyzioterapeutický plán na základě vstupního kineziologického rozboru. Fyzioterapeutická intervence se uskutečnila v deseti návštěvách po dobu jednoho měsíce s využitím těchto metod a konceptů - myofasciálních technik, mobilizací, respirační terapie, Kineziotapingu, PNF (Proprioceptivní neuromuskulární facilitace). ACT (Akrální koaktivační terapie), DNS (Dynamická neuromuskulární stabilizace), Brüggerův koncept, Spirální stabilizace páteře, Inovované Klappovo lezení dle J. Čápové, fragmenty ze Senzomotoriky. Při páté terapii bylo provedeno kontrolní vyšetření k posouzení rozsahu pohybu. Součástí poslední terapie byl výstupní kineziologický rozbor, podle kterého byl navržen dlouhodobý fyzioterapeutický plán a doporučena režimová opatření. Výsledky: Terapie příznivě ovlivnila úroveň bolesti, zlepšen byl rozsah pohybu pletence ramenního a dynamika hrudníku. Podařilo se zlepšit stabilizaci lopatky a aktivovat HSS (hluboký stabilizační systém). Závěr: Práce mě ujistila v nutnosti vnímat a chápat tělo jako celek s úzkými souvislostmi mezi funkčním a strukturálním postižením ramenního pletence, byla pro mě přínosná a obohacující pro mojí další praxi. I pro pacientku byla impulzem v náhledu na vnímání a respektování těla jako jednoho celku.

Abstract:

Summary Name: Rehabilitation of the painful shoulder syndrome Aim: The aim of this bacelor thesis is to give a comprehensive overview of the issue of the diagnosis of the painful shoulder syndrome and contribute by selecting optimal physioterapeutic methods and procedures to its solution in terms of physioteraphy. Methodology: The practical part contains a case report of a woman (53 years old) with a diagnosis of painful shoulder syndrome, for whom a short-term physiotherapeutic plan was established based on an initial kinesiological analysis. The physiotherapeutic intervention took place in ten visits for one month using these methods and concepts - myofascial techniques, mobilization, respiratory therapy, kinesiotaping, PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation), ACT (acral coactivation therapy), DNS (dynamic neuromuscular facilitation), Brügger's concept, spiral stabilization of the spine, innovated clapboard climbing by Čápová, fragments from sensorimotor. During the fifth therapy, a follow-up examination was performed to assess the extent of movement. The last therapy included an output kinesiological analysis, according to which a long-term physiotherapeutic plan was established and regime measures recommended. Results: Therapy favorably affected the level of pain, the range of movement of the shoulder girdle and chest dynamics was improved. We managed to improve blade stabilization and activate a deep stabilization system. Conclusion: The thesis assured me of the need to perceive and understand the body as a whole with close links between functional and structural impairment of the shoulder girdle, it was beneficial for me and enriching for my further practice. Even for the patient, she was impulsive in her perception of body and respect as one system.
