Diploma thesis is about randomness testing via boolean functions with use of existing tool BoolTest. Thesis have two main parts. In the first part its focused on speed up of tool BoolTest with help of technology CUDA for graphics cards. It also contains details about the used technology and implemented/tested algorithms. Diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou testovania náhodnosti pomocou boolových funkcií s využitím existujúceho nástroja tzv. BoolTest. Práca sa skladá z dvoch častí, kde v prvej sa venuje zrýchleniu nástroja BoolTest pomocou reimplementácie pre grafické karty spolu s popisom technológie CUDA a použitých algoritmov.
